Tamkeen Insurance Company, represented by Mr. Mohamed Al Rimawi, General Manager, received the results of a market research that was intended to get feedback from its clients and suppliers through the researcher Jack Rabah with the supervision of Al Nasher, whereas the study aimed to analyze the performance of Tamkeen Insurance from the perspective of its clients and suppliers (The external environment of the company) by gathering and analyzing feedback in order to evaluate its performance and the quality of the services the company offers and highlight
the aspects that need to be strengthened or developed to achieve the highest levels of efficiency in performance and to develop satisfaction rates.
Al Rimawi expressed his relief on the results of this research, describing the results as logical and realistic, ensuring that these positive results about the quality of the services to customers of a rate of satisfaction around 97% while the policy of the company is to commit to unified tariff prices and other instructions of the Palestinian Capital Market Authority.
It is s result of a continuous effort from a team that has qualified experience in the Palestinian insurance sector and is mindful of excellence, which insures the interest the company and its management in offering high quality services considering this a high main competitive advantage and vital in the Palestinian Insurance sector, and is the achievement of several factors, the most important of which is the speed of response and speed of compensation in addition to the factor of excellence in the strength of relations with customers and suppliers of various segments and categories.
He also showed interest in all recommendations provided by clients and suppliers in the research, that could be used to enhance their trust and satisfaction on the performance and quality of Tamkeen’s services, ensuring that they already started working on the given notes and comments and the company seeks to have them all done by the end of this year, especially the importance of making optimal use of modern digital technologies to provide its services to its audience.

It would also be worth to mention that Tamkeen Insurance is a new company introduced to the Insurance sector in the Palestinian market, it started its operations in May 2018, and during this short period, it was able to achieve noticeable achievements in terms of expansion, total written premiums and quality of services provided.
