Tamkeen Insurance and Reach Company sign an agreement to offer call center services for accidents

Tamkeen Insurance company represented by its general manager Mr. Mohammad Al Rimawi and Reach company, a member of the Palestinian Paltel group, represented by its general manager Mr. Hisham Zaid, signed an agreement to offer call center services for emergency accidents reporting.
Through this service, Tamkeen Insurance’s free number (1800202202) for immediate response and support service will be connected to Reach company, which in turn will receive calls for reporting accidents that may occur to Tamkeen’s clients. Reach company will use new technologies within a fast work mechanism to inform Tamkeen investigators in field, who are spread around all areas of the West Bank and Gaza through Phone, SMS and E-mail, along with specified periodic reports on each case.
Rimawi assured that this service comes in line of the company’s mission of increasing the quality of after-sale service that is offered to its clients through assuring quick response and offering immediate support in case accidents occur around the day.
Pointing out that the provisions of this agreement guarantees that Tamkeen Insurance will adhere to the performance indicators of Immediate response in terms of: Speed of response, and clients’ satisfaction rate, where this service will not stop just by reporting the accidents, it will assure the safety of the client in the day after the accident, and get feedback and evaluation of the support service the client got from the employees of the compensation department in the company.
Mr. Hisham Zaid, the general manager of Reach Company emphasized the importance of this partnership with Palestinian Insurance companies, in order to enhance the importance of the local services sector, as insurance sector is considered one of the most important sectors of Reach company, which is specialized and distinguished in customer care.
