Tamkeen Insurance launched package of new digital services
Tamkeen Insurance has announced launching of new digital services for policyholders and its medical network members to ensure an easier and faster communication.
Tamkeen launched “Tamkeen Customers Portal”,”Tamkeen Mobile” and “Tamkeen eMED”,
Which are considered as the pioneering and unprecedented services in the Palestinian Insurance Industry.
Mr. Mohammad Al-Remawi presented these services as the following :
First: Tamkeen Customers Portal
This portal is through our website: www.tamkeen-ins.ps, was found to facilitate communication with current clients (Institutions and companies) and ensure high speed in dealing with Tamkeen Insurance.
This portal allows officials in institutions and companies who are health insurance subscribers or general insurance, to view the insurance policies and endorsements of their institutions.
and also view account statement . It also allows subscribers to request updates or changes on their valid insurance policies, and receive renewal notifications, or other requests related to valid insurance policies to complete the procedures for the company to approve them.
Second: Tamkeen Mobile
An exclusive application for Tamkeen Insurance
In the first phase:
The application includes many features for “My Health” Insurance subscribers who benefit from medical care services, where subscribers enter their card number to get many features including: Viewing a detailed report for medical treatments that the subscriber had, in addition of viewing the medical providers network to find the nearest medical center to the geographic location of the subscriber, and getting notifications for using the health insurance card.
The company seeks to involve other digital services for subscribers and different insurance programs in the next phase of the project.
Third: Tamkeen eMED
It is a system for eligible providers to provide medical care and health services from the entities and medical centers within the health insurance program (My Health) by using the health insurance card that individuals who benefit from the health insurance program carry.
Tamkeen eMED makes dealing between Tamkeen Insurance, medical entities, doctors and medical centers in digital form, which is away too far from traditional paper work, saving time and effort.
Where this system enables medical centers to record the information of patients, give the needed medicine and get approvals for getting their cash for the treatments electronically.
This system is connected to the authorized and specialized health insurance employees’ phone numbers through a mobile application to keep the medical entities going efficiently and effectively,to ensure quick services and to provide the best services for our subscribers all the time with no delays.
Noting that Tamkeen Insurance is the unique Palestinian insurance company that runs medical insurance compensations by itself using an electronic system for entities and medical centers without relying on a third party medical services company to run them.
Alremawi mentioned that digital services and solutions are an outcome of joint effort between “Tamkeen Insurance” and “Future Information System –FIS” which developed and powered “ RHODES system” that considered first Palestinian insurance system in the Palestinian Insurance Industry.
