Machinery Breackdown Insurance

Tamkeen Insurance Company offers individuals and institutions a special insurance program against the risks of breakdown of equipment and machinery that indemnify subscribers (policyholders) from incurring any financial burdens due to breakdown or damage to insured machinery, equipment or electronic equipment, subject to flexibility considerations in meeting special insurance needs.

Insurance Coverage:

Under the Equipment and Machinery Insurance program, Tamkeen Company is obliged for reparations and/or loss incurred by the subscriber (policyholder) due to the following risks:

• Accidental breakdown (electric or mechanical) of insured machines, tools and equipment or inability to operate them.
• Design defects and/or manufacturing errors.
• Installation error.
• Misuse or (unintentional) negligence.
• Explosions.
• Risks due to electric contact and storms.
