Instant Response Services

This service is available to all of Tamkeen’s subscribers/policyholders in order to enable them to communicate immediately with the company's employees in the event of an accident and to ensure quick response and communication with accident investigators, damage assessors and compensation specialists nearest to the subscriber’s place of residence. Our objectives are to ensure the safety and wellbeing of subscribers/policy holders and provide them with immediate support, to facilitate collection of required information pertaining to the accident and to ensure proper follow-up to obtain further information.
