Tamkeen Insurance Company offers special insurance against the risks of breakage or cracking of glass facades of buildings owned by individuals and institutions that indemnify subscribers (policyholders) from incurring any material burdens resulting from glass breakage or cracking due to accidental events, subject to flexibility considerations for meeting specific insurance needs.

Insurance Coverage:

Under the Glass Façade Insurance Program, the Company is committed to disbursement of reparations sustained by subscribers (policyholders) for damages and/or losses resulting from glass breakage and/or cracking due to accidental event where the Company is obliged to compensate subscriber (policyholder) for its replacement value.

Calculate the Value of Insurance Subscriptions (Premiums):

The value of insurance subscriptions (premiums) is calculated on the basis of type of risk covered by the insurance, total insurable value (compensation ceiling/cap, and the nature and type of glass, and its guarantee, warranty and replacement value.

Subscriptions (premiums) are calculated as a percentage per thousand of the total insurable value (maximum limit of indemnity)
