“Tamkeen Insurance expands its medical network to include the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan”

Tamkeen Insurance Company launched its promotional campaign announcing the expansion of its medical network to include the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, as the health insurance card issued by Tamkeen Insurance Company now allows beneficiaries of the health insurance program to benefit from medical and health care services in Jordan through medical bodies and centers certified by "Omni Care" expenses and medical insurance services company.

An agreement was also signed between the two companies in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, by Mr. Mohammad Al-Rimawi, General Manager of Tamkeen Insurance Company, and Dr. Hadi Badr, CEO of Omni Care, in the presence of Mr. Simon Shehadeh, Assistant General Manager for technical affairs at Tamkeen Insurance Company, and Mr. Dany Badr, Executive Vice President for Legal Affairs and Auditing at Omni Care, and Dr. Rawan Omeish, Assistant General Manager.

Mr. Mohammad Al-Rimawi confirmed that this strategic cooperation stems from the depth of the historical relations with the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan at the official and public levels, and the company's aim in enhancing the features and benefits provided to the beneficiaries of the health insurance program at Tamkeen Insurance Company to ensure their continued access to health and medical services during their presence in Jordan. This is due to the special relationship with the Hashemite Kingdom, which is considered a second place of residence for most Palestinians for the purposes of visiting family and relatives, working, or as a station for traveling abroad.

He stressed that the current year will witness multiple benefits, services and qualitative insurance solutions, based on the company's strategy towards more competitive advantages and qualitative insurance services that meet the needs and requirements of the various segments of the Palestinian society, in line with the company's Islamic identity and the company's values, in particular, the speed of response and compensation.

He added: I would like to thank "Omni Care" company represented by its management and all of its employees for the close cooperation and strong passion they showed for this project to see the light of day and become a reality.

In turn, Dr. Hadi Badr, CEO of Omnicare, commented that the signing of this agreement came in implementation of the strategic plans that the company is working on to expand the base of beneficiaries from its medical network and to strengthen the historical relationship that binds the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the brotherly State of Palestine, leadership and people. He added that this agreement enables Clients of "Tamkeen Insurance" to benefit from the entire broader medical network in Jordan, which exceeds five thousand medical facilities, by presenting their health insurance card. Dr. Hadi Badr thanked "Tamkeen Insurance" and its management for their confidence in choosing "Omni Care" In Jordan to serve its customers with the highest standards of medical quality.

For his part, Mr. Simon Shehadeh, Assistant General Manager for Technical Affairs at Tamkeen Insurance Company, indicated that the expansion of medical network services comes in line with the company’s vision to develop the insurance services and solutions provided to the public, adding, "We are proud to be the first Palestinian insurance company to provide health insurance services in Jordan to its partners and subscribers from companies and institutions operating in the Palestinian territories. He also pointed out that the medical network in Jordan is available on the company's website and on Tamkeen’s mobile application.

For her part, Dr. Rawan Omeish, Assistant General Manager at Omni Care, confirmed that this agreement is the result of the efforts exerted by those in charge of the two companies over the past months to enable Tamkeen Insurance customers to benefit from the medical network in Jordan, and that this agreement strengthened the position of the two companies in Jordan and Palestine.
